Last weekend at Lake Kierskie delivered sunshine, great SUP vibes, and a bit of wind that only added character to the whole experience. The SUP Demo Tour with EASY-surfshop and PaddleBoardGuru brought together dozens of paddling enthusiasts, from curious first-timers to seasoned pros.
Over 60 boards to try
The heart of the event? Gear testing. Participants had access to more than 60 SUP and WindSUP boards from top brands like JP-Australia, Unifiber, Aqua Marina, Gladiator, Spinera, STX, and Sun Reflections. Every board found its fans. There was also a wide variety of paddles to test – a great opportunity to really feel the difference between setups and find the perfect one.
What we loved most was seeing people not only paddling but also exchanging experiences, asking questions, chatting with our experts, and exploring what works best for them. That’s the vibe we aim for.
WindSUP workshops
One of the highlights was the WindSUP mini-course led by our instructor Adam Kowalski. A few brave participants jumped straight onto the WindSUP boards with sails – and the grins on their faces said it all. On the second day, the wind made getting back to shore a bit more challenging, but everything ended safely and with lots of laughs.
We even had a special moment when a visitor from Łódź fell in love with the Unifiber Glide 5.5 sail… and decided to buy it on the spot.
